Oscillation refers to regular vibrations or movements found in various fields of science and technology. In nature, we find this, for example, in a cat’s purr (18-44 Hz). In the context of our sleep system, integrated oscillation massage is a special form of massage that works with vibrations (range 18-40 Hz). The star-medico® OrthoRelaxe pillow (33 x 66 cm) is made of viscoelastic foam (memory foam) and is especially suitable for side and back sleepers. Star-medico® duvets are as soft as silk, as cool as linen, and as warm as wool. They are ideal for all skin types, allergy sufferers, and also for children and babies. Thanks to Tencel®, the botanical fiber made from eucalyptus wood, the star-medico® duvet has excellent heat retention properties.
During production, we weave in an additional 3% silver yarn, giving the duvet germ-inhibiting properties against viruses, bacteria, mites, and fungi. Furthermore, the breathable duvets prevent odor formation and are easy to care for and washable.

These bed inserts offer improved orthopedic support, especially for those with health limitations. Depending on individual needs, the head and foot sections can be adjusted, either manually or with a motor.
It’s described as having the “10-finger” feel, because the star-medico® bed insert, in addition to the star-medico® mattress, provides optimal support for the person lying on it and for all sleeping positions. The durable bed insert is made of wood and then coated with colored aluminum tape for protection against moisture.
The manual star-medico® bed insert is adjustable at the head and foot. It features 72 pads (for a 90 x 200 cm size), which are softer in the pelvic and shoulder areas for improved orthopedic support.
